Job description:
- Higher Diploma in logistics or supply chain management;
- 3 - 5 years ordering, shipping or logistics fields working experiences;
- Good command in spoken and written English & Mandarin;
- Familiar with SAP system knowledge and experiences is an advantage.

Type of employment:
Permanent

Requirements:
- Execute and coordinate the ordering to shipment activities (e.g. order processing, create delivery, shipment booking, shipment summary preparation, invoicing, shipping advice, status review and report etc) with overseas customers, local work teams and forwarders;
- Ensure good customer services including efficient communication with customers, closely customer complaints follow up and cost effective operations in outbound deliveries;
- Perform customs declaration;
- Well organized and ability to work independently is essential;
- 5-day workweek.
